Nov 18th The Illinois Legislative Latino Caucus FoundationNov 9th 2016
The Illinois Legislative Latino Caucus Foundation (ILLCF) was established as a strong new voice and resource for the Illinois Latino population and for those who work and live within Latino communities statewide.
Through scholarships, the Illinois Latino Public Policy Institute, and its annual conference, the Foundation seeks to empower Latinos to confront community issues successfully and to increase access to federal, state and community programs in such critical areas as employment, leadership, public policy, education, business growth, technology, transportation and other issues.
In this way, the ILLCF positively influences today’s communities and is an important factor in training the state’s next generation of Latino leadership.
